On behalf of the Costar family I want to thank you all for the help and support in arranging Bills funeral. A special thanks to Marissa for being so helpful at this time and really taking the pressure of the family at such a sad time.

The flowers were really beautiful and we couldn’t have wished for a better afternoon tea.

We are so please with the memorial book and have had many positive comments from family and friends.

  Jane’s funeral went without a hitch. Marissa coordinated it beautifully on the day.

Stacey was so helpful and kind in her approach when taking care of Jane and planning the day with such sensitivity.

I really don’t have the words to express my gratitude to you all for your professionalism, empathy and caring you have shown our family.

You guys are amazing, your staff, your chosen caterers, florists, all came through with such professionalism and care. Jane would have approved!

You were absolutely outstanding with the service you gave to our Emeline. Not to mention having to deal with all the extra things that Tongans, with their culture, expect. Mats, late nights, several viewings and the absolutely beautiful way you prepared Emeline for viewing. The programme too was stunning. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Absolutely sensitive, warming and very helpful at this difficult time for us. Ava too was very understanding and she really understood how the Tongan aspects of things had to go. You have a wonderful team.
