Dear Matt

I would like to say a heartfelt thank you for your care, your calm and gentle guidance and your expertise over the past week. From the first meeting we knew we were in good hands. It’s such a relief under difficult circumstances to have someone who can take a load off. There are always many decisions to be taken, and you made that so much easier.

The flowers, the service sheets, the lovely and thoughtful touch of the mountain on Dad’s plaque all made the day memorable.

May we also ask to pass on our compliments to the caterers – they, too, did a beautiful job. Many people commented on the presentation, the service they carried out with a smile and the food itself was delicious.

We are all so happy with how the day went – perfectly. I think Dad would have been proud.
