You were absolutely outstanding with the service you gave to our Emeline. Not to mention having to deal with all the extra things that Tongans, with their culture, expect. Mats, late nights, several viewings and the absolutely beautiful way you prepared Emeline for viewing. The programme too was stunning. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Absolutely sensitive, warming and very helpful at this difficult time for us. Ava too was very understanding and she really understood how the Tongan aspects of things had to go.
